A statement by the association signed by Mr Bright Kwame Blewu, General Secretary, said Mr Kabral Blay-Amihere, Ghana's High Commissioner to Sierra Leone and Mrs Gifty Affenyi-Dadzie, Immediate Past President, would be honoured for their tremendous efforts in making the Ghana International Press Centre project a reality. It invited all paid-up members of the Association to attend the congress, which would seek their mandate to make amendments to the GJA Constitution.
