The union is alleging that the management of GBC is planning on selling GTV Govern, a channel dedicated to the three arms of government, to businessman Mr Joseph Siaw Agyapong.

To add to that the union says the management is further planning to sell GTV Sports Plus to Chinese-owned Star Times and Obonu TV, a dedicated channel to the Ga community, to private businessman Mr Daniel McKorley, the founder and chief executive officer of McDan Group of Companies.

The union is wondering what will become of the staff if the channels are sold to those private individuals.
