The Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition (GACC) has officially unveiled its 25th Anniversary logo, marking a major milestone in the Coalition’s journey of promoting integrity, transparency and accountability in Ghana.

Established in 2001, GACC has, for the past two and a half decades, served as a convening platform bringing together civil society organizations, public institutions, the private sector, the media, and citizens to strengthen collective action in the fight against corruption and promote good governance.

Over the years, the Coalition has contributed to raising public awareness on corruption issues, advocating for governance reforms, and strengthening citizen participation in accountability processes.

Through initiatives such as the Local Accountability Networks (LANets) operating in 40 districts across the 16 regions of Ghana, GACC has helped empower citizens at the local level to demand transparency, improved service delivery, and accountable governance.

The GACC @ 25 Anniversary Logo symbolizes the Coalition’s journey over the past 25 years, the partnerships it has built with stakeholders, and its continued commitment to strengthening collective action against corruption.

Speaking on the occasion, the Board Chair of GACC, Nana Osei- Bonsu, noted that the anniversary is not only a celebration of the Coalition’s achievements but also a moment to reflect on the work that remains in advancing integrity and accountability in Ghana.

He emphasised that the progress made over the years has been possible through the dedication and collaboration of members, partners, development partners, and citizens who continue to support the Coalition’s mission.

Throughout the anniversary year, GACC will mark GACC @ 25 through its programmes and engagements, highlighting impact stories and recognizing the contributions of partners and stakeholders.
