The Office of Inspector General for the United States Department of Labour has escalated its nationwide security sweep, placing intense focus on African nationals linked to multi-million dollar fraud networks.
The updated most-wanted roster highlights high-profile suspects involved in elaborate schemes of labour racketeering, visa fraud, concealment of money laundering, and identity theft that have drained public funds.
At the forefront of the federal radar is Onoriode Ezewu, whose alleged involvement in concealment and money laundering has driven total financial losses exceeding one million dollars.
Another prominent African national featured prominently on the federal alert is Clement Qwonate Jones, who faces severe charges relating to theft and identity theft, accounting for estimated damages of three hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
The wider federal dragnet also captures an extensive international cast of suspects implicated in parallel white-collar offences.
Other individuals listed on the active most-wanted bulletin include Josephine Tinimbang, Larisa Ghiocel, Marius Ghiocel, Argentina Alexandru, Hector Javier Fernandez-Porrata, Wael Khalifa, Juan Ignacio De La Cruz-David, Ericka Holland, Oscar Carrillo-Perez, Todd James Lewis, Chelbe Moraes, Mohammad Reza Baniassadi, Jianmei Qin, and Leslie Kaciban, who has already been marked as captured.
Federal investigators have emphasised that these widespread economic crimes severely undermine labour integrity and social safety systems, prompting an aggressive joint pursuit to bring every fugitive to book.
Security agencies are urging anyone with actionable intelligence regarding the whereabouts of these suspects to contact federal authorities immediately.
