Four political parties commended for peaceful congress

Kwamo (Ash), Dec. 24, GNA- Apostle G. K. Narh, the Ejisu-Konogo Area Head of the Church of Pentecost, has commended four political parties for organizing peaceful and successful congresses to elect their flag bearers for the 2008 Election.

He praised supporters and leaders of the Peoples National Convention, the Convention People Party, the National Democratic Congress and the New Patriotic Party for the high sense of maturity exhibited to the whole world indicating that Ghanaians had understood democracy. Apostle Narh said these in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Kwamo in the Ejisu-Juaben District at the weekend. He asked the flag bearers of the political parties to depend on God for guidance and consider the interest of Ghana first in all their activities.

Apostle Narh advised the flag bearers to respect the rights of their political opponents during the 2008 electioneering campaigning.
