The
Political Parties have done this country a great disservice by recruiting party hoodlums in this country. The consequences of their activities are very grave as evident in the case of Ayawaso waguon. Who knows what the next action is?

The FFA is dissatisfied with the atmosphere that bedevils the By-Election in the the Ayawaso waguon Constituency. The people of Ghana have suddenly lost confidence in the security of this Country on whose shoulders the safety and peace of Ghana rests.

The FFA is calling on the government to as a matter of urgency and within 24hours ultimatum disband all vigilante activities in the country. Otherwise the Youth will stage a grandiose demonstration to register their displeasure on the streets. We are doing this not to inflame the anger of leadership but the firmness that will open their eyes to do that which is right.

What happened in Ayawaso is a clarion call on the Government to expedite action in his quest to rid this country completely from precarious tendencies. The Government should empower and adequately resource the security of the country in terms of logistics for due diligence in their dispensation. Vigilantism in this country since its inception has proven pernicious and have caused irreparable damages to the people of Ghana.

The FFA will want to remind the President, Nana Akufo Addo that it wasn't fortuitous he emerged Victor in the 2016 election. The people of Ghana entrusted the care of the country into his hands on merit and thus expect him to prioritize our security at all times.
