Fear grips KSTS as student one student dies

Fear has gripped teachers and students of Koforidua Secondary Technical School after the demise of a form two science student on Friday, December 8, 2017.

According to sources, the deceased, about 17 years old died Friday morning after admission at the Koforidua Regional Hospital on Thursday night.

The Headmaster of the school, Mr. Samuel Ofori, confirming the incident to Brytfmonline said the victim was admitted at the hospital on Thursday, December 7, 2017 after complaining of an ailment but was informed about his death early Friday morning.

He indicated school authorities are yet to contact the hospital to ascertain the cause of his death and however urged parents and guardians to exercise restraint.

This follows the saddened incident that occurred at the Kumasi Academy therefore creating fear and panic among both teachers and students since the cause of his death is still unknown.

The school earlier this year marked its 50th anniversary in contributing to the education of many Ghanaians.
