‘Fake’ Prophet Owusu Bempah deserves to be caned publicly – Yammin

Former Deputy Minister for Youths and Sport under the Mahama administration, Joseph Yammin is calling for severe for lashes for Prophet Owusu Bempah for causing fear and panic in the country and predicting the deaths of some prominent Ghanaian leaders, MyNewsGh.com reports.

The Leader and Founder of the Glorious Word Ministry incurred the wrath of the public when he prophesied that former President John Mahama, the Chief Imam, and current Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia are going to die this year, 2019 but was quick to add that these prophesies are yet to be confirmed.

Speaking to his congregation during the 31st watch night service at his church, the popular man of God stated that if Ghanaians don’t pray, John Mahama will be killed by some of his NDC members and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will die.

Joseph Yammin speaking on Abusua FM's morning show monitored by MyNewsGh.com described Owusu Bempah as a fake prophet who wants popularity through fake prophecies taking undue advantage of the gullibility of Ghanaians.

According to Joseph Yammin, Prophet Owusu Bempah is giving unconfirmed prophecies to cause fear and panic which he observed is very regrettable.

“It’s time Ghanaians stop following fake prophets and pastors like Owusu Bempah. They always want to give prophecies which are not from God. They are doing that just to be popular. Fake prophet Owusu Bempah must be caned for causing fear and panic” he said.
