Ex NDC Minister To Be Appointed Minister?

The expected cabinet reshuffle would be favouring the former NDC Minister for Tourism and the MP for Shai Osudoku constituency, Mike Gizo. A source close to the Tourism Ministry says Mike Gizo will be joining the next batch of Ministers to be appointed by the President.

According to a source, Mr Gizo exhibited exemplary leadership qualities during his tenure of office as Tourism Minister. He noted that Gizo has always been one of the movers of the Ministry and one of the assiduous ministers the Ministry has ever had.

''If he should come back to take up the position, it would make the government’s creed of all inclusive administration a reality because people like Hon Gizo can help move the nation forward''.

Investigations by THE FREE PRESS, has revealed that the government has laboured over the appointment of an appropriate Minister to man the Ministry after the untimely exit of Hawa Yakubu and in the course of searching, the searchlight automatically fell on Mike Gizo.
When the paper contacted Hon Gizo about the positive revelation, he said ''I am not aware of this since nobody has told me anything''. When pressed further he said should there be something of that sort, then it’s God’s work.
