'Enough is enough!' - Adom Kyei-Duah blasts 'helicopter crash prophecies'

The Leader of the Believers Worship Centre (Philadelphia), Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah, has slammed prophets claiming that they foresaw the recent helicopter crash that claimed the lives of eight people and could have averted it.

Speaking to his congregation on Sunday, August 10, 2025, Adom Kyei-Duah described claims by the said prophets that they could have averted the incident if some of the people involved had come to them as lies.

He said that the actions of these prophets and their pronouncements are a disrespect to the God they serve, pointing to how Muslims have reacted to losing two of their members in the crash.

"If you are a prophet, I destool you. If you are a Christian, this is your last warning: respect your God, respect your God.

"Some of the ministers who died were Muslims. Have you heard what their people are saying? They give glory to Allah over what has happened. They have accepted the course of Allah."

He added, "Christians must learn to respect themselves and also respect their Lord and Saviour Jesus. Enough is enough; this nonsense must stop."

Black Wednesday: Why President Mahama did not attend Obuasi event – Rev Dr Wengam

The Philadelphia leader urged Ghanaians not to fall for these prophets.

He told President John Mahama and his ministers, as well as Members of Parliament, to focus on governing the country and ignore prophecies from certain prophets.

He accused such prophets of fabricating predictions to create fear and panic, exploit people, and defraud them.

Adom Kyei-Duah also refuted new prophecies that more aircraft are going to crash in the country, declaring that the crash on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, would be the last.

Nigel, Owusu Bempah, Roja and More: The prophets who prophesied about 'Black Wednesday'

Following the crash, several videos have emerged showing prophets, including Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, and Prophet Samuel Henry (Prophet Roja), foretelling that there was going to be a plane crash in Ghana, with some even giving timelines and mentioning some of the personalities who would be involved.

Most of them have claimed that some of the people who lost their lives in the crash would still be alive if they had come to see them after their prophecies.
