Enemies of progress cannot stop me- KSM

Satirist Kwaku Sintim Misa popularly known as KSM say he is unperturbed by attacks on his person after releasing an article he titled ‘’open letter to a foot soldier.

The article, released some few days ago, inferred categorically that it is not strategic or tactical for any politician to inform his/her supporters that victory for their party is inevitable.

Since then the ace comedian has received a barrage of insults from some readers of the article who think it was directed at their political parties.

But Mr. Sintim Misa tells Goldnews he is not troubled by those comments but is rather encouraged to embark on a crusade to preach good news to the youth of Ghana.

‘’Honestly I have been really taken aback by the phenomenon response of response the article has gotten. There are a few people that have come on the web to insult me and my family for writing this, as to why I cannot understand’’.

‘’But I think that generally its been very very positive. Officially I’m going to fond time and target the youth of all parties, Ndc, Npp, Cpp, etc, and I am going to tell them fine it’s good to belong to a political party, there is nothing wrong with that support your party, campaign for them, but please do not make a mistake of tying your fortunes to the party, don’t go and die for them’’.

‘’If I have decided to embark on this noble crusade and people are choosing to insult me and my family, I think it is more of reflection of who they are than who I am’’.

‘’I am advising the youth of Ghana, please improve yourselves, develop yourself don’t let anyone regardless of which political party deceive you into thinking that it only when a certain party comes into power that you have a future, it is wrong, the future is in your hands’’.

He is also of the view that the hate speech kind of politics that has characterized the country is old fashioned and must be stopped.
