Dr Bawumia has finally been answered with 230 statements and questions – Ricketts-Hagan

A former Deputy Minister of Finance under the Mahama administration and MP for Cape Coast South,Kweku Ricketts-Hagan, has finally answered Dr Bawumia for his so-called wizardly of the Ghanaian economy that seems to have tormented the NDC, whenever it comes to matters of the economy.

Kweku Ricketts-Hagan who is an economist from the University of Chicago and have worked with prestigious Investment Banks in the World in the UK and the United State in his open letter to Dr Bawumia, said: “I listened to your Town Hall speech in Kumasi quite attentively and have since had the opportunity to also read the full presentation.”

“Mr Vice President, with all due respect, I have found a number of issues you raised quite disturbing and factually inaccurate. I do agree that you are entitled to your opinion but you are not entitled to your own facts.”

“It is for this reason that I found it necessary to send you this Open Letter to point out these factual inaccuracies and also take the opportunity to ask you some questions about the true state of Ghana’s economy.”

He went on further to say “I have attached a list of 230 statements and questions for your perusal. I would be grateful for your comments on the statements and answers to my questions respectively, hopefully before 7th December, 2020.”
