Whether you use our office solutions and multi-function devices or whether you are a print or publishing provider that is looking for an immediate competitive edge in the growing digital print enhancement market, we will be exploring solutions for you,” shares Jean Louis Feghali, Managing Director of Docutech.

The first session which was held on the topic “Office Solutions and Demos” was targeted to professional bodies, banks, telecoms, Ministries, private and public agencies to introduce Xerox's latest workplace apps that support businesses ever-evolving needs. The session began with presentations from Guest of Honors who shared their experiences with Docutech Office Solutions including Mr. Agyemang Sarpong, President of Ghana Institute of Procurement and Supply who presented a report on the insights of strategic sourcing and benefits of managed print services. The second session held was the “Examination and Education Print” and “Opportunities for Publishers and Book Printers” to exhibit technologies that streamline paperwork and document management, reduce waste and lower fixed costs. Facilitators also engaged participants in a surprise examination to show them how printers could grade papers, curb examination malpractices while limiting pressure on examiners. At the end of both sessions, participants were given souvenirs and printed pictures of themselves.

“Government seeks to move away from the teacher-centred form of learning where so much emphasis is placed on students just passing exams to a competency-based form where students are constantly looking for ways to improve themselves. I hope these improved technologies demonstrated to us today at the Finding Your Solution workshop will help us to achieve our goal. We also hope that our educational materials are printed to the finest quality with sharp images to facilitate easy learning and raise the interests of students in school materials,” adds Honourable Gifty Twum Ampofo, Deputy Minister for Education of Ghana and MP of Abuakwa North Constituency at the second session for educators.
