The disqualified flag bearer of the Great Consolidated Peoples Party (GCPP) Mr. Dan Lartey has declared the leader of the largest position party NDC's John Evans Atta Mills as the clear winner of Sundays presidential runoff. He made this pronouncement in an interview on Peace FM this morning.
