Curtain falls on "Ghanaian" MBA in New york

A veteran accountant with an MBA embezzled $400,000 from the Screen Actors Guild account that pays actors royalties for commercials, prosecutors charged yesterday.

Owusu Kissi, who worked for the firm that managed the screen Actors Guild trust account, was arrested at his home in New Rochelle, Wechester County. From 1996 through 1998, Kissi allegedly wrote checks to his wife from the trust account, which contains royalty payments to actors for work on advertisements and other appearances. The checks were then mailed to the his wife..................

Kissi was charged with mail fraud and released on $100,000 bond. He faces five years in jail .
