A viral video of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo and IMANI Africa boss Franklin Cudjoe has got netizens talking.

In a 26-second video posted on X on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the clip shows Akufo-Addo in a light-hearted encounter with the president of the policy think-tank, IMANI Africa.

“Cudjoe, bra ha,” which literally means “Cudjoe, come here,” he said, beckoning him to come over to share pleasantries.

Cudjoe then walks over to the former president, and the two share a handshake and laughter.

Since the video surfaced, some X users have reacted with surprise, given the picture painted by media reports about the two, especially in the past.

The encounter took place at the recent IERPP lecture hosted by Minority Leader Alexander Kwamena Afenyo Markin on Monday, March 2, 2026, in Accra.
