Coalition of Nungua Youth Clubs honour Professor Joshua Alabi

The Coalition of Nungua Youth Clubs, yesterday honoured the former Vice Chancellor of University of Professional Studies, Accra Professor Joshua Alabi with a citation for his outstanding achievement and also his continuous contributions to the success of the organization and the Krowor municipality.

The group which is an umbrella body for the leadership of the various youth clubs in Nungua paid a courtesy call on the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer hopeful at his East Legon residence.

Prof Joshua Alabi on receiving the plaque thanked the youth clubs for recognizing his efforts and contribution towards the development of Ghana and the Krowor municipality.

He encouraged them to discover their God-given talents and dutifully accomplish all tasks which they will find themselves doing. Prof Alabi said, such commitment to duty, is the cornerstone of success and therefore He expects Krowor youth to produce excellence in whichever sector of the economy they will find themselves.

He further pledged his continuous support to the development of Nungua and the youth who are committed to transformation.

The certificate stated: "YOU ARE THE TRUE EXAMPLE OF A LEADER AND WITH THIS ACHIEVEMENT, YOU ADD ANOTHER FEATHER IN YOUR CROWN. YOU ALWAYS MAKE LIMITATIONS YOUR GOAL AND EVERY TIME IT BRINGS YOU SUCCESS. YOU MAKE WEAKNESS YOUR STRENGTH AND YOU ARE ABLE TO TRANSFORM LOSS INTO PROFITS. YOU KNOW THE STRATEGY, WHICH IS STAYING FOCUSED. WE CONGRATULATE YOU FOR THIS ACHIEVEMENT AND KEEP GOING IN THE FUTURE".
