Clergy calls for intensification of evangelism

Saltpond (C/R), May 23, GNA - The President of the Kingdom of El Elyon, a spiritual movement, Ghana chapter, King Eric Abaka has called on ministries of the entire Gospel to intensify their evangelism that will make people lead healthy life, rather than chasing material things that would prevent them to attain salvation.

"It is about time people change their lifestyles, and come out from the darkness to light to utilize the talent in them to help develop the country, rather than blaming others and the government of their in ability to achieve success".

King Abaka made the call when he addressed Reverend Ministers from various churches in the country at its headquarters at Saltpond in the Central Region.

The meeting was part of preparations towards the inauguration of the chapter in August 2009, by the international leader and founder of the movement, Bishop George Scott Junior, from United States of America. King Abaka entreated the Ministers to use the word of God to sensitize the public on the need to give peace a chance, love one other and stand firm in the Lord for, with him, all tings are possible. Prayers were said for the peace, and tranquility, unity and progress.
