Pastor Stephen Teye, Acting Head of Takoradi Area of the Church of Pentecost, on Friday urged all eligible Christians to register during the biometric registration exercise.
He made the call during the Good Friday service which also began a three-day Easter Convention of the Church under the theme: "I shall not die but live" at Takoradi.
Pastor Teye appealed to Christians to exercise restrain at the registration centres and avoid all forms of violence.
He said they should not prevent other eligible voters from registering as all Ghanaians are to be allowed to register and exercise their constitutional rights.
Pastor Teye asked Christians to pray for the right leader to lead the country, adding, everybody must repent and accept Jesus Christ who died on the cross for them as their saviour.**
