Christian Women cautioned to desist from the practice ''Cash before Sex''

The Head Pastor of the Assemblies of God Church, Koforidua Central Branch, Rev. Alex Ofori - Amankwah has cautioned Christian women to desist from the habit of demanding for money or any form of inducement from their husband before giving them sex.

According to him, such a practice is "evil" and equals to prostitution or otherwise known as ''Cash for Sex'' a habit of commercial sex workers and must be abhorred.

Rev. Ofori- Amankwah, also the former Eastern Regional Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church, attributed the rampant divorces suffered by several marriages in recent times due to the cause of the bad practice he described as "cash for sex" asking Christian women to desist from it.

''Demanding for cash or any form of inducement from your husband as his wife before giving into sex by his barbaric or evil and equals to prostitution, why must you collect money from your man before engaging in sex with him when he is married to you?, Are you selling your body to him like prostitute do in trade for sex or what?" he maintained.

''Such an attitude must not be tolerated at all, not in Christian homes because it's a recipe to disaster and leads to divorce'', he stressed.

He equally advised the youth not to indulge in such practice as it has the tendency to ruin their lives thereby destroying their future

Marriage is a union between a man and woman ordained by God with the aim of achieving procreation and living together in peace and harmony with each other for the rest of their lives from the Christian point of view but unfortunately several factors are a barrier to good marriage these days

One of the such factors militating against the will of God when it comes to the concept of marriage causing havoc to marriages even in Christian homes is the habit of some wives demanding for money or any form of inducement from their husbands in replacement for sexual desires, this, according him {man of God} must be eschewed .
