Bugri Naabu warns NPP supporters over attacks on NDC supporters

The Northern Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Bugri Naabu has indicated he will not condone any violent attack by party supporters on members of the National Democratic Congress in the region.

He has therefore warned that any member who engages in violent attacks will have him to contend with. Daniel Bugri Naabu expressed disappointment after a group of NPP youth in the Northern region stormed the offices of the Savanna Accelerated Development Authority to demand the handing over of the office.

The offices of the National Disaster Management Organization and the Youth Employment Agency in the West Gonja District have reportedly been locked by some executives of the NPP in Damongo.

“I will not be part of any violent attack and seizure of public property by my youth, this morning I had to rush to SADA to stop some of the NPP youth from seizing the office, why should they do that, if they want jobs, they should exercise patience after January they will get jobs to do”.

He further stated, “Members of the outgoing government did same in 2008 when they assumed the governance of this country, but that doesn’t mean we should go the same path, I am pleading with my youth not to repeat the same mistakes “.

He assured justice for all including none NPP members indicating his doors are opened for all. “I promise total justice to all NDC supporters”.
