Bright Adjei delighted with Kotoko revenge

Aduana Stars striker, Bright Adjei, has expressed his delight after defeating Kotoko in this year’s Super Cup clash played at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium yesterday.

A solitary strike by Bright Adjei ensured victory for the reigning Ghana Premier League who avenged the 2-0 loss against Kotoko in this year’s G-8 tournament.

According to the highly rated striker, they were highly motivated going into the clash and was delighted with victory and dedicated the cup to fans of the club.

“We were highly motivated coming into the game and looking at the quality of the players at our disposal we are adamant about beating Kotoko especially having lost to them in the G-8 competition.

“So coming into the Super Cup clash yesterday, our coaches and management spoke to us and we were poised for the clash and am very happy won and delighted for our supporters,” Adjei said in an interview.

Aduana Stars will face off against Libyan side, Al Tahaddy in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League slated for February 11, 2018.
