BID nominates Amass Ghana for International Award on Peace Building

Amass Ghana, a Ghana-based Centre for Peace Building and Conflict Resolution, has been nominated for International Award.

The "International Star Award for Quality (ISAQ)" is in recognition for Quality, Innovation and Excellence to be bestowed on Amass Ghana as non-profit organisation committed to peace building in West Africa and even beyond.

Business Initiative Directions (BID) based in Madrid, Spain, intends to present the award to Amass Ghana at a conference in Geneva, Switzerland this April.

The Geneva Convention is the 21st International Star Award for Quality and it's part of BID's quality and leadership recognition programmes to promote the core principles of Quality Culture.

Head of International Affairs at the BID, Daniel Perea in a congratulatory message, has applauded Amass Ghana for working hard towards conflict resolution in northern part of Ghana to achieve this feat.

President and CEO of BID, Jose E. Prieto writes that the BID is "firmly established as one of the most prominent voices of Quality Culture" .

BID started in Europe some 30 years ago and today, it is a global body that has helped organisations in 179 countries including Amass Ghana, in the road to success.

Amass Ghana has been into different projects up north Ghana and being epitome of the contributions to the peace emblem in northern Ghana, the world has been watching.
