Asante Bediatuo Under Fire

As Akufo-Addo And NPP Communication Team Go After His Blood

For Confessing To Fact That Amfo-Kwakye Is A Drug Baron

Intelligence Desk Report

Credible information made available to The Informer newspaper has it that Nana Asante Bediatuo will, from this week, cease to speak on behalf of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its Flagbearer, Mr. Williams Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, following what the party terms his loose talks on Asempa Fm’s Eko Sii Sen political hot show on Tuesday 21st June, 2012.
According to the paper’s intelligencer or spy within the NPP, Nana Asante Bediatuo will soon be written to, by the leadership of the NPP, upon the instructions of the Flagbearer, to never and ever address issues concerning the NPP as well as its flagbearer Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, since he is not mandated to do so.
“Even before his arrival home from London, days ago, Mr. Akufo Addo had called some close relatives and elders in Kibi, to warn Nana Asante Bediatuo never to defend him or speak in his favour on any radio network as far as his political life and ambition is concern”, the sources hinted.
“Nana Addo is very livid that his own cousin and lawyer, has gone on air to say such thing about somebody he is planning and preparing fervently to appoint as his Chief of Staff, if voted into power”, they added, saying only God will bring the two together since the aggrieved former, has sworn never to talk to his cousin.
The intel-source further suggests that Nana Asante Bediatuo could be expelled from the NPP’s communication team as a result of his sterling revelation of how the party’s Flagbearer was hobnobbing with Yaw Amfo-Kwakye, who has been convicted on some drug related issues.
In another development the party foot-soldiers are said to be highly angry about the conduct of some relatives of their Flagbearer, for having usurp their jobs; and have agreed to go on hunger-strike until the likes of Nana Asante Bediatuo are brought to book.
It would be recalled that on Tuesday 21st June, 2011, on Asempa Fm, Nana Asante Bediatuo, in his desperation to justify the inclusion of Mr. Yaw-Amfo-Kwakye in Nana Akufo-Addo’s campaign team, split the beans, when he explained to the whole world, how Amfo-Kwakye has repented after having been convicted in the United Kingdom (UK) for the period of five (5) solid years for doing drug.
