A Kumasi-based popular ‘Man of God’, Apostle Kofi Nkansah-Sarkodie has revealed that many self-acclaimed Prophets operating in Ghana are 'fake'.

According to the founder and leader of Open Arms Ministries, he has sighted many false prophets operating in Ghana under the disguise of the Holy Bible.

Apostle Nkansah-Sarkodie speaking to his congregation in a video which has since gone viral, the ‘Man of God’ categorically named Bishop Daniel Obinim, Bishop Bonegas, Prophet Kumchacha, Prophet Opambour, Apostle Agya Dan in Accra as fake prophets of God misleading Christians.

He also mentioned Rev. Owusu Bempah, Apostle Francis Kwarteng, Apostle Kwasi Sarpong, Rev. Isaac Osei Bonsu of MOGPA and also one Obofour in Kumasi as agents of destructions who are in sheep skin deceiving many Christians.

Apostle Nkansah-Sarkodie who was delivering a sermon at Church, therefore, warned his members to be vigilant and stay away from these fake prophets.

The Apostle in his argument insisted that these false prophets have over the years demonstrated through their deeds as the Bible warned.

He also indicated that their arrogance and their fruits is a clear evidence where Christians must judge their activities for themselves.

Many Ghanaians have heavily criticized the activities of these self-acclaimed prophets and have even called on the Christian Council of Ghana to sanitize their activities.

The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong is on record to have warned President Nana Addo over the activities of some ‘false prophets’.
