Assin Central Member of Parliament, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong says he has no hand in the killing of undercover investigator and a key member of Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ Tiger Eye Private Investigations team, Ahmed Hussein-Suale.

He was emphatic on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ that, the young journalist never offended him whiles alive so it’s unfortunate that he has been linked to his ‘unfortunate’ death.

“A friend called to tell me that there is something trending on social media that I engineered the killing of one Ahmed. First of all, the guy has never offended me in anyway,” he said.

“When I premiered the ‘Who watches the watchman’ at Oman FM premises, I was told that I know Ahmed very well because he has been coming to my station for money. So I ordered them to stop him [Ahmed] from coming there and ‘beat the hell out from him’ because he can fix secret cameras around. This is what I said,” the controversial lawmaker told host, Kwesi Aboagye in an interview.

Ahmed Hussein-Suale was shot three times, twice in the chest and another in the neck late Wednesday night at Madina in Accra while driving home by unidentified men riding motorbike.

His boss, Anas Aremeyaw Anas has confirmed the sad development and loss of a core team member and a brother.

Ahmed was one of Tiger Eye journalists whose photographs were circulated by Kennedy Agyapong in his ‘who watches the watchman’ anti-Anas video documentary and called on the public to deal with him.

But outspoken Ken said “That boy is not relevant in my life. Why would I go and do some stupid thing like that?”

“He has never offended me so they should go and investigate those he has offended not me. He and his boss have offended so many people in this county. The evil they have been doing will follow them,” he added.
