Tension is gradually mounting in La Dadekotopon Community over alleged takeover of lands by investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

The East Dadekotopon Development Trust is accusing the investigative journalist of illegally acquiring and selling lands spanning from the Ghana International Trade Fair to Airport with a tacit support of the La traditional council.

According to them, land guards claiming to work for Anas have been selling pockets of the lands within their jurisdiction.

Starr News’ Daniel Lartey reports that the leadership of the Trust at a press conference warned the general public to desist from buying lands within the East Dadekotopon area from Anas or the La traditional council as it makes effort to battle the case in court.
