Four criminal cases involving high profile individuals are billed for hearing today.
Senior Medial Officer Dr Sulley Ali-Gabass who is accused of sodomising a 16-year-old boy returns to court Tuesday.
Joy FM’s Manasseh Azure Awuni who broke the story through investigative reports will be testifying in-camera at the hearing.
The boy alleges Dr Ali-Gabass had anal sex with him five different times and infected him with HIV.
Dr Ali-Gabass is standing trail for defiling the boy and having unnatural carnal knowledge with him.
Also heading for court Tuesday is the former President of the Ghana Real Estates Developers Association (GREDA) Dr Alexander Tweneboah who was arrested with nine others a few weeks ago for SIMboxing.
The ten suspects were nabbed by a joint Anti-Telecommunication Fraud Taskforce in collaboration with the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service for SIM Boxing.
Dr Tweneboah has pleaded not guilty to the charge and insists on his innocence. The 10 of them are said to have deprived the state of several millions of dollars.
Meanwhile former Nkoranza North MP Eric Amoateng is billed to reappear before an Accra Circuit Court over a case involving his alleged fraudulent acquisition of a passport while behind bars in the US for drug trafficking. He will be cross examined by state prosecutors today.
Finally, dismissed former National Service Boss Alhassan Imoro who is standing trial for allegedly Ghc86.9 million.
