The President of the 31st December WomenAEs Movement Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, has appealed to the District Assemblies to take up the responsibility of paying the salaries and allowances of day care centre attendants in their areas. She explained that the day-care centres being established by the Movement are only to supplement the efforts of the assemblies in the provision of such facilities. The First Lady was commissioning a 15 million cedi building for the MovementAEs Day-care Centre at Walewale in he West Mamprusi District.
