28-year-old man in police grips for stabbing another over a woman

Nana Addo Ofori, popularly known as Abode3 has been arrested by the Police at Suhum in the Eastern region for stabbing Farouk Umar over a woman.

According to the narration, Abode3 28, was hanging out with his friends at the E-pub, a popularly known drinking spot at Suhum- T junction at about 12:30 am on Monday May 7 2018 when the incident occurred.

Abode3 is said to have a charm with which he has been snatching the girlfriends of people in the town and had called one of the ladies Farouk mar was hanging around with but got snubbed.

The action from the lady had angered Abode3 who began to insult her and further triggered Farouk who also reacted leading to the attack on him.

Farouk 25, suffered from cuts with broken bottles from the hands of Abode3.

He was rushed to the Suhum Government hospital and was referred to the Koforidua hospital.

After the stabs and being surrounded by a group of mob, the suspect and his friends escaped using a Toyota Camry and were later arrested by the Suhum police patrol team.

The suspect was arrested while his friends managed to ecape.
