The Management of West African Examinations Council (WAEC) on Thursday announced the release of the provisional results of 133,867 out of 134,635 candidates who took the 2010 November/December West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
A statement issued in Accra by Mrs Agnes Teye-Cudjoe, Principal Public Affairs Officer, said the outstanding results include those for 6,511 candidates alleged to have been involved in examination irregularities.
It said the outstanding results would be released as soon as the Council concluded work on the resolution of queries and the investigation into examination irregularities committed.
The statement said candidates could access their results online at ghana.waecdirect.org and that scratch cards were available in WAEC offices throughout the country.
Provisional results of the 2010 October/November General and Advanced Business Certificate Examinations had also been released.
