The Director of Operations of the United Party, Hopeson Adorye, has alleged that the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has uncovered a real estate property allegedly linked to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) communications officer, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, as part of ongoing investigations.
According to Adorye, following the alleged discovery of the estate, individuals managing the facility reportedly obtained a signboard belonging to another real estate company and mounted it at the entrance to create the impression that the property belonged to that company.
He claimed that the move was a deliberate attempt to mislead EOCO officials and conceal the identity of the estate's actual owners.
Speaking in an interview on Accra FM on October 27, 2026, Adorye further alleged that EOCO investigators subsequently visited the offices of the company whose signboard had been mounted at the facility and informed its management that the estate was under investigation.
However, according to him, officials of the company denied any knowledge of or connection to the property and expressed surprise that their company's signboard had been displayed at the premises.
He claimed that representatives of the company later accompanied EOCO officials to the estate to remove the signboard after establishing that the property did not belong to them.
Adorye claimed that the estate was uncovered in addition to 17 properties he said had already been seized by EOCO.

"Apart from the 17 properties that EOCO has seized, they have discovered an estate. Mysteriously, they went for an original estate signboard to portray that the estate belonged to the said company.
"So, Raymond Archer and his people went to the company to conduct investigations, and they said they had no idea that the said estate had their signboard. They had to accompany EOCO officials to remove their signboard before returning," he alleged.
Adorye suggested that the alleged discovery forms part of EOCO's ongoing investigations involving Dennis Miracles Aboagye.
