Asiedu Nketiah appeals for moderation and national unity during Christmas

The National Chairman of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has urged party members and Ghanaians to sustain the momentum of national development while observing safety and moderation during the festive season.

In his Christmas message, Asiedu Nketiah highlighted the progress made under the NDC-led government, noting that feedback from Ghanaians has been largely positive.

He described the public response as a clear indication that government policies and development initiatives are improving lives across the country.

While acknowledging these gains, he cautioned against complacency, stressing that much work remains to be done.

According to him, the party remains committed to delivering on its campaign promises to ensure inclusive growth and prosperity for all Ghanaians.

Asiedu Nketiah pointed to improvements in key sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, and education, which he said form the foundation of the party’s development agenda.

He also urged party faithful to remain united and focused in addressing outstanding challenges facing the nation.

Touching on the yuletide celebrations, Asiedu Nketiah called for responsible festivities, encouraging citizens to prioritize safety and moderation. He appealed to the public to avoid excesses that could lead to accidents or misconduct and instead use the season to promote peace and family togetherness.

He further called for national unity, urging Ghanaians to shun divisive tendencies and work collectively towards the country’s progress.

Asiedu Nketiah concluded by extending warm Christmas and New Year wishes to party members and the general public, expressing optimism that the coming year will bring greater achievements and continued national development.
