A suspected thief was caught red-handed by church members after an alleged attempt to loot the church's treasury.

"In the name of Jesus, the Holy Spirit has come upon him!" exclaimed one church member during what became known as the "holy slap" moment, a phrase tied to the physical actions that followed.
