Osei had a terrific 2007 U17 World Cup for Ghana and was scouted by clubs across Europe including Arsenal.
WHAT HAPPENED? He had a trial with Manchester City in 2008, a short spell with Israeli club Maccabi Haifa before being snapped up by Steve McClaren at FC Twente a few months later. Osei returned home in 2012 signing a contract with Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko.
WHAT IS HE NOW? His deal with Asante expired last December and he’s now a free agent.

Osei, 25, joins the European outfit as a free agent. The former Kotoko striker has finally secured a club after signing for the Kazakh top-flight side.
Osei's rather fine career has been blighted with injuries, leading to in activeness for the past eight months.
The Ghanaian last featured for South African side Polokwane City where he was restricted to only three appearances. He featured for both Ghana's Under-17 and 20 teams respectively.

The 2007 Under 17 World Cup joined the Finnish team ROPS in 2016 as a free agent .
