Samuel Takyi quits Ghana's national boxing team ahead of 2024 Olympic Games
Ghana’s Olympic medalist, Samuel Takyi, has retired from Ghana’s amateur boxing team, the Black Bombers, to focus on his professional boxing career.
The 23-year-old boxer announced his retirement on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, in a statement on his official social media accounts.
