J Y Appiah, the Ghana League Clubs Association chairman has apologised to all kotoko fans for referring to them as childish.
Speaking to Hello Fm this morning,Mr Appiah said he was sorry if the statement he made about a year ago was still the problem between the kotoko fans and Himself."i am sorry, if that is all they want to hear from me" He said.
It will be recalled that Mr Appiah last year referred to a statement made by Kotoko Fans about himnself and Tano Bofoakwa as childish, which led to the fans restraining their team from participating in the GHALCA TOP FOUR TOURNAMENT.
The supporters reportedly told their management to pull out of this year's top four at a meeting yesterday, which might have pushed the GHALCA chairman to apologised.
Meanwhile the Public Relations Officer of the National Circles Council of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has urged all the supporters to accept the apology since that is all they wanted.Kotoko are yet to confirm their participation in the top four this season.
