Black Stars forward Abdul Majeed Waris has said that he has really enjoyed a very good season with his club Valenciennes.
"My season has been very good. I scored nine goals from sixteen games that I played and also managed a couple of assist ", he told www.sports24gh.com. "I will plead with the entire nation to continue to back us with their unceasing prayers as we go out to face the world in Brazil and we will also do our part to bring glory home", he said.
The Tamale born 22-year-old Waris who will be leading Ghana's attacking force in Brazil is very optimistic about the Black Stars going beyond the quarter final stage.
