Red Bull Salzburg are sweating over the fitness level of Ghanaian Isaac Vorsah, despite the defender making a comeback from a seven-month injury lay off.
The Austrian giants are already in the market for a backup. Superior sporting director Ralf Rangnick and Roger Schmidt have made it clear for the club to buy a central defender.
“Isaac Vorsah will not be available to us in the foreseeable future and on Rodnei we have to wait. During the next two to three days we will make a decision,” Rangnick told Laola1.at.
Red Bull are in Qatar at the moment putting final touches to their training for the second round of their league in February as well as the Europa Cup knock out games.
Vorsah needs to stay fit and get lots of games if he is to make it to Brazil 2014 with the Black Stars.
