Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has donated items to orphanages in Techiman in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana.
Appiah presented food items to the Frankmey and Bethseda Orphanages over the weekend.
The stuff includes bags of rice, packets of bathing soap, sugar, beverages, fruit drinks, biscuits, cartons of milk, bottles of water and cooking oil.
According to Appiah, the decision to give to the orphanage was to show appreciation to God and to ensure that everyone shares in the joy of the Black Stars, who beat powerhouse Egypt 6-1 in the first-leg play-off for the 2014 World Cup.
