TP Mazembe demand Adjei's ITC

Congolese champions TP Mazembe have officially written to the Ghana Football Association for the release of the International Transfer Certificate of former Asante Kotoko captain Daniel Nii Adjei.

In a letter faxed to the Ghana FA, the former continental champions stated that they want to register the sensational midfielder for the domestic league.

The Ravens also stated they are working on securing a work permit for the 24-year-old hence the games’ governing body should endeavor to send his ITC by the close of the week.

Nii Adjei joined Mazembe last week for an amount of $200,000 after six fruitful seasons with the Porcupine Warriors.

The midfield enforcer is expected to move straight to the first team of coach Lamine N'diaye where he will partner Zambian Rainford Kalaba.
