Austrian clubs chase Hearts duo

Hearts of Oak have received requests from two Austrian clubs asking for the availability of midfielders Kofi Abanga and Obed Ansah.

FK Austia Wien want playmaker Kofi Abanga who endured some months on sidelines due to injury.

The club are ready to assist him for him to achieve full fitness before the start of the season.

FK Austia Wien placed third in last season's Austrian Bundesliga and want to fortify their squad for the new season.

In a related development, SV Mattersburg have also expressed interest in Obed Ansah who scored 12 goals to end the season as second joint top scorer.

The Hearts of Oak recruitment committee is yet to take a decision on their release.
