Who is behind the two recent "accidents" that have happened in the past four days?

On Sunday, a truck run into the vehicle that Alan Kyerematen was expecting to be in (he switched vehicles at the last minute) and killed his driver on the spot and another person died of his injuries this morning (he's a very closed friend of mine).

This morning (Wednesday), President Kufuor's vehicle was hit (crossed?) by another vehicle which resulted in the Presdent's vehicle rolling over several times. Luckly, it's reported that the President was able to walk out of the vehicle.

Were these "accidents" assassination attempts on President Kufuor and Alan K (the presumed next President)?

The Ghana security agencies should thoroughly investigate these two "accidents".
