Accra, Dec. 11, GNA - Apostle Joseph Oware Boateng, Adabraka Area Head of the Apostolic Church Ghana, has called on Christians to contribute meaningfully to national development. Apostle Boateng made the call at the beginning of a three-day revival of the Church under the theme: "Authority of the Trinity", in Accra on Thursday.
He called on Christians to ensure peace and love to give meaning to the birth, teachings and crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Elder Jones Mankralo, Niiboiman District Witness Movement Leader of the Church, called on the youth to play leadership role and to actively contribute to national development. He advised them to avoid alcoholism, drug abuse, sexual promiscuity and other negative behaviours that could affect their development. 11 Dec. 09
