CAC International launches book

Accra, March 25, GNA - Apostle Dr Emmanuel O. K. Donkor, General Secretary of the Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI), has launched a book chronicling the history of the Odorkor branch of the Church in Accra.

The book titled: 93The Chronicles of Odorkor Central Assembly of the Christ Apostolic Church International," was authored and edited by Mr H. Boakye-Acheampong a retired elder of the church with support from the local management of the mission. The 61-page book contains a chronicle of the church at the various stages of development and growth as well as the founding members, and the various equipment and properties acquired over the years.

Apostle Donkor appealed to members to follow the example of the leaders and make the greatest sacrifice of winning more souls to join in the big congregation.

He said it was good that Christians should find the need to sacrifice some time in their lives not on wasteful things but use the time wisely to do 93Something" good for the Lord who sacrificed his all to get mankind out of their troubles. The occasion formed part of the inauguration of the Church building which was built at a cost GH¢400,000. The two-storey edifice which has a 2,000 sitting capacity has an office, a kitchenette, a car park and washrooms.
