Premier League: Hearts 0-0 Olympics

Defending league champions Hearts of Oak yesterday failed to translate the many scoring chances they created into goals when Great Olympics held them to a goalless drawn game in their Onetouch premier league opening game at the El-Wak Stadium.

It was Oly's second successive goalless league opener having drawn 0-0 with Asante Kotoko in last season's competition at the Ho park.

The game, although failed to ignite the anticipated fireworks, saw the Phobians demonstrating predatory instincts but Eric Gawu, Bernard Dong Bortey, Stephen Ofei, Francis Bossman who came close to scoring failed to hit the back of the net in both halves.
