Olympics Premiership survival is slim" - Coach Lutterodt

" April 11, 2010 Accra, April 11, GNA - Head coach of Accra Great Olympics Dauda Lutterodt, has described the team's chances of surviving the Premiership as slim.

Olympics premiership survival hangs on a thread after a torrid time in the competition to which they just returned to with only four games to wrap up the season.

The Wonder Club must win their last four games convincingly to gain any realistic chance of survival and Coach Lutterodt tells GNA Sports that the mission is near impossible.

Olympics was miserable against visiting Berekum Arsenals who shrugged off their bad travelers tag to dominate Olympics and push a 1-0 bitter pill down their throat at the El-Wak stadium in Accra on Sunday and coach Lutterodt believes only a miracle can save their blushes.

He said "how can you say your chance of survival is bright when you cannot even convert simple chances even opn home grounds."

Coach Lutterodt was a man of few words after watching his side labour in vain for at least a draw in the match but he summed up his fears by suggesting Olympics may not survive the Premiership.

Olympics will be away to current League leaders, Obuasi Ashgold on Wednesday, the host fellow relegation threatened Sekondi Eleven Wise as well as Kessben in succession before traveling to Kumasi to meet a bruised Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the last day of the league.

The "Wonder Club" is third from the bottom with 28 points that sums up eight wins, six draws and a whooping 12 losses in 26 outings.
