Hasaacas draws 1-1 with Hearts of Oak

Essipong, (W/R) Nov. 1, GNA - Sekondi Hasaacas on Sunday drew 1-1 with visiting Accra Hearts of Oak in their Glo Premier League match played at the Sekondi Sports Stadium at Essipong.

The first half seemed difficult for both sides as they remained steadfast with each side struggling to gain the upper hand. It was however Hasaacas who were in possession of the ball most of time while Hearts also occasionally attacked upfront to dislodge the defence of Hasaacas before the first half ended with no goal to either side. Back from the recess, a refreshed Hasaacas side put the visitors on the carpet when Joseph Bissah tactically blasted home the first goal in the action packed match.

Hearts from then let out their venom against Hasaacas as they aggressively attacked their opponents from all angles but it was not until the 80th minute that Douglas Nkrumah was able to equalise for Hearts to set the stadium agog with the Hearts fans finally finding their voices but no goal came the way of either side till the referees final whistle.
