Feyenoord Hold Power FC

Visiting Gomoa Fetteh Feyenoord Football Academy on Wednesday held Power FC to a 1-1 draw at the Ho Sports Stadium in their Onetouch Premier League encounter.

Power FC took the lead in the 62nd minute through Felix Nii Ayi Tetteh, who controlled a cross from substitute Bello Muhammed before running in to fetch the opener.

Power again came close to increasing the tally a minute later through Coffie Francis, but Lawome Kodjo in goal for Feyenoord pulled a spectacular save to deny the homers.

Both sides wasted many chances in the action packed second half. The determined Feyenoord lads however raised the tempo of their game and in the 75th minute, striker Adiyah Dominic capitalized on a miscalculated move by Akrafie Joshua in goal for Power FC and headed home the equalizer.
