Viasat1 - ‘Your Number 1 Entertainer’ This Festive Season

Viasat1 will bring to cherished viewers quality entertainment this Christmas and New Year season.

‘This Morning’ is on break from Thursday 20th December, 2012 to Monday January 14, 2013. Views and Tunes, Christmas movies, cartoons, and other entertaining programmes will be rolled out from Monday, December 24. On Christmas Day, Viasat1 will air ‘6 Hours to Christmas’, a Sparrow Production, starring Chris Attoh and Damilola Adegbite.

Among the movies to be shown are Stuart Little, Mr. Bean’s Holiday, Call Me Claus, A Christmas Carol, Ice Age, among others. Viasat1 viewers should also look forward to ‘Becca’s Girl Talk’ concert, 2012 Video Music Awards, and 2012 Celebration of Gospel.

‘The One Show’ will present a ‘Christmas Special’ edition on Monday December 24; and climax 2012 with ‘The New Year Special’ on Monday, December 31 at 5pm. Joselyn and PY will host celebrities and icons that will put the icing on the cake and usher viewers into the New Year.

The semifinals of Born Starz also airs on January 5, 2013 and the finals on January 12, 2013 at 8pm.
